wasn't sure if there was a hard requirement to mute ports that attempt netw=

calls during the build process.

Is there a bugzilla method for rolling back a patch or do I need to just
resubmit the prior patch and stomp on the current one? I couldn't find an
option to rollback via my perms in the portal.
