After changing my kernel config to add the 4BSD scheduler and PREEMPTION options on my Ultra10 and rebuilding the kernel. I put the machine on a make -j 2 buildworld. After I got back from school I found the machine totally wedged, not a kernel panic or any thing on the screen (I run with a monitor and keyboard attached). Only local applied patches are the cs4231 driver that Pyun YongHyeon ported. Koop
