Hi !
I really need help with this.
I have an USB-2.0 external adapter where I plugged in a hard drive.
When I boot with everything plugged-in, it works, but as soon as I unplugg =
it=20
or boot without the hard drive plugged-in, I cannont mount it anymore, I ge=
t=20
the following error:
umass0: BBB reset failed, IOERROR
umass0: BBB bulk-in clear stall failed, IOERROR
umass0: BBB bulk-out clear stall failed, IOERROR
umass0: BBB reset failed, IOERROR
umass0: BBB bulk-in clear stall failed, IOERROR
umass0: BBB bulk-out clear stall failed, IOERROR
Now, someone told me to edit the quirks table in scsi_da.c.
But what do I put in there ?
Someone told me to add:
{
/*
* QTS USB 2.0 ATAPI Bridge
*/
T_DIRECT, SIP_MEDIA_REMOVABLE, "QTS*", "USB 2.0 ATAPI Bridge*", "*"},
/*quirks*/ DA_Q_NO_6_BYTE
}
But it does not work :(
Here are some informations about my device that I picked up in dmesg.boot a=
nd=20
`camcontrol inquiry da0`:
umass0: QTS USB 2.0 ATAPI Bridge, rev 2.00/11.00, addr 2

minimum_cmd_size to 10.
Thanks a lot in advance.
