GDB backtrace

This PHP bug (https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=67965) bit me when running
mail/roundcube and mail/rainloop with an IMAPS backend. php-fpm gets sucks 100%
CPU in fcntl on openssl socket. Backtrace attached.
