I have cvsup'ed this week, rebuilt the kernel, and now at boot I get a message telling the kernel contains firewall routines, but no rules, and ip is disabled. (Sorry, this message is not in any log I can find to cut 'n' paste from) I haven't changed anything in the kernel-config (/usr/src/sys/i386/conf/DARLA) or rc.conf recently. All IP works nicely, both with ppp on this machine and via ether to the other machine.
