The FTP protocol doesn't allow name based virtual hosts like
Apache/HTTP1.1 does.

Each virtual host needs a unique IP/port to listen to, ProFTPD (and
probably many others,) allows you do use a single IP but listen on
different ports for your hosts.  Or install extra IPs.
