Refer to Porter's Handbook.  It's valid and regarded smaller than
5.2.14 by definition. (Read it `5.2.14-pre-2')

Or use 5.2.14p2 alternatively. (Read it `5.2.14 patchlevel 2')


No PORTEPOCH bump is needed if you properly change the PORTVERSION to
anything bigger than 5.2.14.p2.
