Besides that, there are people who won't get in the top 20 because they are fixing the build-problems at the ports-system etc. The way you can help is by sending as much (quality :-) PRs as you can, at a certain moment the people at portmgr@ will go from "I have enough of him, he can do it himself now!". I warn you, it doesn't come easy and afterwards you have to do a lot of work.
