TokyoCabinet-based version (see the bogofilter-tc sibling port).

NOTE: before deinstalling -qdbm, all databases should be dumped with bogoutil,
to be reloaded after installing -tc.

TokyoCabinet is QDBM's successor, written by QDBM's author.
