=46ound the following in 4.3-Release HARDWARE.TXT:
Mylex PCI to SCSI RAID controllers with 6.x firmware:
AcceleRAID 160
AcceleRAID 170
AcceleRAID 352
eXtremeRAID 2000
eXtremeRAID 3000
Compatible Mylex controllers not listed should work, but have not been
verified.
And this from LINT:
#
# Mylex AcceleRAID and eXtremeRAID controllers with v6 and later
# firmware. These controllers have a SCSI-like interface, and require
# the CAM infrastructure.
#
device mly
man(4) mly for the lowdown.
