You might want to look at "mailconv":

        <URL:http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~stephenk/files/mailconv
        .zip>
        <URL:ftp://risc.ua.edu/pub/network/pegasus/misc/mailconv.zip>;

          <URL:http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~stephenk/files/mailco
          nv.doc>
Features: Converts folders to / from Pegasus / Netscape / Eudora and a
general File/Directory structure which will import / export
to / from mailers such as Mail-It, NOV*IX mail, Onnet Mail,
BW Mail etc. Where each message is stored as a seperate file
into a hierarchy of Pegasus Trays, Folders, and Messages.
Converts address books to / from Pegasus, PMImport,
Netscape, Onnet Mail, CSV database file, HTML Web Page
Table, Spry Air Mail, and to three versions of Eudora. Batch

file, for instance, and export to all the other formats you
          require from a single icon.
Comments: Visual Basic 4 program so includes library files which make
it
1020+ fairly big... EXE itself is only 100k
-- end paste --

Hope it works for you.

Cheers,
Andre
