Hello, I' ve a big problem. I want to install FreeBSD on my alpha system (CPU 21164a , LX164). LINUX is already installed and booted with MILO over the AlphaBIOS. I can't switch to SRM because I've IDE HDDs on the system and I read that the SRM firmware is not able to boot from IDE HDDs. Is it true that on the other side FreeBSD can't be booted from MILO ? Exists an other solution for my problem? with regards, Oliver To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
