Why talking about third-party drivers when the first-party one will do well? All you need to find (an hah!, that's the challenge!) is a floppy controller board that you can: jumper to a different address (e.g. 0x370 - the reserved address for a second FDC) AND a different IRQ AND a different DRQ.
