The following reply was made to PR ports/145437; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Eygene Ryabinkin <rea-fbsd@codelabs.ru> To: bug-followup@freebsd.org Cc: Subject: Re: ports/145437: can't built port multimedia/mplayer Date: Thu, 8 Apr 2010 10:13:04 +0400 You'll need the following patch to be placed to the port's 'files/' directory: http://codelabs.ru/fbsd/ports/mplayer/mplayer-0.99.11_17-patch-error.h It should be named patch-error.h or simular. I had tested it at 8.0 and MPlayer builds fine and works flawlessly. Moreover, the latest SVN snapshot from http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/mplayer-checkout-snapshot.tar.bz2 shows that this header was removed from the upstream, so such patch is most likely the Right Thing (TM). -- Eygene _ ___ _.--. # \`.|\..----...-'` `-._.-'_.-'` # Remember that it is hard / ' ` , __.--' # to read the on-line manual )/' _/ \ `-_, / # while single-stepping the kernel. `-'" `"\_ ,_.-;_.-\_ ', fsc/as # _.-'_./ {_.' ; / # -- FreeBSD Developers handbook {_.-``-' {_/ #
