I tested it under Win95 using the winipcfg.exe program, which allows you to release and renew leases. Both the ISC and WIDE DHCP servers functioned fine, although I only had one other machine to work with. Using dhcpm(from the WIDE dist) showed the DHCP packets across the network.. Now all to figure out it why dhclient doesn't work :)
