Someone posted a pointer to a replacement tarfile for /usr/src/lib/libc_r/uthread/* which appears to fix the problems (at least as far as MySQL is concerned when building with FreeBSD native threads). The replacement can be found at ftp://ftp.pcnet.com/users/eischen/FreeBSD/uthread.tgz. Is there some reason why this replacement has not been committed? Is someone working on fixing this differently?
