When I installed apache it added ``apache.sh'' to /usr/local/etc/rc.d.
The file simply contains:
#!/bin/sh
[ -x /usr/local/sbin/apachectl ] && /usr/local/sbin/apachectl start > /dev/null
&& echo -n ' apache'
Make sure that /usr/local/etc/rc.d is included in the ``local_startup=''
line in /etc/defaults/rc.conf.
