We already do have some documentation on PPP configuration, but it wouldn't hurt to have some supplementary material---particularly if you could provide more examples with dynamic and static IP assignment, PAP authentication, etc. As for email config for dial-up IP users, I don't think there's any material yet in the handbook. It'd be nice to have some! Jos> I have also written in English and in Dutch about the Jos> installation and maintenance of uucp. I'd be willing to Jos> assist in preparing a chapter on PC Cards. UUCP! Yes! We need that! Jos> I suppose that you have guidelines for writing documentation; Jos> I'd appreciate a copy if you think I can help. We don't have a style sheet or wordlist, so your best bet for style is just to read what already exists in the handbook (file:/usr/share/doc/handbook/handbook.html or on the FreeBSD home page http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/handbook.html). Also see the FreeBSD doc project page, at: http://www.freebsd.org/docproj.html Then, learn how to use SGML, the linuxdoc DTD, sgmlfmt, and start writing!
