You have to use a UTF-8 locale (e.g. ru_RU.UTF-8 ) and mount using the same locale (e.g. ru_RU.UTF-8 ), then everything should work. If something doesn't work then you should describe exactly what you did and exactly what problems you get. When you just "something doesn't work", then my answer is just "you did something wrong".
