I searched through the FAQs and man pages but I am still confused as to how floppies can be used. I tried to use the program fdformat to try formatting a new floppy disk thinking that this needs to be done as it is in DOS (yuck) but I got I/O errors. I am running FreeBSD 2.0R if this helps.
