The Comer books are very good. They are basically textbooks, so you have
to be able to handle that style of writing. :-)

There is also a new book from O'Reilly called "Internet Core Protocols:
The Definitive Guide." I am finding it to be very readable, and quite
complete.

www.bookpool.com is having a big sale on O'Reilly books now too! (I got
carried away and bought $150 worth a couple of weeks ago.)
