The makefile contains the following lines: .if ${X_WINDOW_SYSTEM:L} != xfree86-3 IGNORE= "is included in XFree86 4.x and above" .endif This is in fact incorrect. XFree86 4.x and X.org 6.x only contain the client side Display PostScript environment.
