Ok, I found it.  Here it is:

/pub/Linux/devel/c/gcc-i2.6.3.tar.gz

Hopefully, someone can try to see how hard it would be to modify this source
for FreeBSD.  I think it would be a worthwhile venture if it hasn't been
done already.
