Hi,
Try adding the following to your kermit init file.
set dial init-string at&d0\{13}
If I remember correctly, it just tells the modem not to hang-up
when carrier is dropped. I got this from Jordan. You will need hang-up the
line by starting kermit and using the hangup command, or turning off your
computer & modem.
