You have two ethernet cards(one for windows and one for freebsd)
Bind the 192.168 (unregistered on each ethernet card)

You ping 192.168 whatever to test it

You run command.com by selected start -> run -> command.com
Type in telnet 192.168.whatever

What kind of error messages are you getting?
