Mother Teresa is very deserving of praise, too. It seems to me that we ought to be able to praise Doug for his willingness to help others without taking anything away from the others who have devoted so much effort to making life better for the rest of us in other ways. > The purpose of this message is a Public Thanks to EVERYONE that has > contributed to the success of FBSD! Good job and keep up the great work! I can certainly support the sentiment expressed here. FreeBSD is a very impressive piece of work, and everyone associated with it has cause to be proud of the result. If it were not for this team (and others like them who contribute to the other free unices), most of us would be using Uncle Bill's OSes, and THAT'S a scary thought. -- Jerry Dunham GS650G Atarian ordinaire jdunham@fc.net (512)335-0674 (H) jdunham@awesome-f0.us.dell.com (512)728-4026 (O) It's easier to get forgiveness for being wrong than forgiveness for being right.
