            Bug ID: 220051
           Summary: x11/gnome3: Make xdg-user-dirs a dependency
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: gnome@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: yonas@fizk.net
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(gnome@FreeBSD.org)
          Assignee: gnome@FreeBSD.org

This port should install the xdg-user-dirs port and run `xdg-user-dirs-upda=
te`,
which will create the ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs file:

# This file is written by xdg-user-dirs-update
# If you want to change or add directories, just edit the line you're
# interested in. All local changes will be retained on the next run
# Format is XDG_xxx_DIR=3D"$HOME/yyy", where yyy is a shell-escaped
# homedir-relative path, or XDG_xxx_DIR=3D"/yyy", where /yyy is an
# absolute path. No other format is supported.
#
XDG_DESKTOP_DIR=3D"$HOME/Desktop"
XDG_DOWNLOAD_DIR=3D"$HOME/Downloads"
XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR=3D"$HOME/Templates"
XDG_PUBLICSHARE_DIR=3D"$HOME/Public"
XDG_DOCUMENTS_DIR=3D"$HOME/Documents"
XDG_MUSIC_DIR=3D"$HOME/Music"
XDG_PICTURES_DIR=3D"$HOME/Pictures"
XDG_VIDEOS_DIR=3D"$HOME/Videos"

The benefits is that Gnome will use specific folder icons for each of the a=
bove
directories in Nautilus file manager, and screenshots will be auto-saved to=
 the
~/Pictures directory instead of your home directory.
