I've never heard of any problems when these are mismatched, so I'm not
sure why FreeNAS would complain.  Anyway, you should use the latest of
both in my opinion.
The latest FW on the avagotech website is 20.00.04.00.  I have heard that
some FreeBSD users have had some problems with the PH19 FW.
