I apologize if this is the wrong place for this post. =20 I'm fairly new to the FreeBSD experience. I had read that support was =20 added for the BCM5787M chipset (Broadcom Tigon3) in the later versions =20 of the RELENG_6 kernel (support that was not in FreeBSD-6.2-RELEASE.) =20 So, I went ahead and cvsup'd to the latest kernel for RELENG_6. During the build, I ran across this error: make: don't know how to make =20 /usr/src/sys/crypto/rijndael/rijndael-alg-fst.c. Stop. *** Error code 2 I googled around for this, and found one or two people who had this =20 issue, but not a solution. I was poking around the source tree, and =20 noticed eventually that the crypto sub-directory doesn't even exist. =20 I found it to exist in the 6.2-RELEASE version of the source tree, and =20 when I copied it to the more up to date source tree, the kernel built =20 successfully. It looks to me like perhaps someone accidentally removed this =20 subdirectory from the source tree in CVS, so I thought I'd let people =20 know. Hope this helps someone :) James --=20 My homepage: http://james.colannino.org/ My blog: http://www.crazydrclaw.com/ "There are no uninteresting things; only uninterested people." --G.K.
