Subject:   Apache won't build

I am running a relatively clean install (it was installed a while ago,
but not much done otherwise) of 3.2-RELEASE, and am getting the
following error when I try to install apache13-php3 :

I have never seen that error before when installing a port. Anyone know
what might be wrong?
