I am wanting to use this server as a web and ftp server, so I have to have it connected to the network. Besides using ifconfig, is there any other way to delete the interface? Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: Cliff Sarginson [mailto:cliff@raggedclown.net] Sent: Tuesday, October 16, 2001 3:16 AM To: btrotter@pobox.com; freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Subject: Re: Missed Packet / Memory error / Babble error > I just finished installing FreeBSD for the 6th time, and I just cant shake > this error. I am not sure if I solved it but I did notice that having it plugged into the network when I booted the system stopped the complaints. I could then unplug it and I never heard another peep. -- Regards Cliff To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
