Hello, 

we're experiencing alike panics as shown below in two machines, which 
do varry one from each other that the second has SMP enabled, which would 
lead that it won't reboot but gets stuck in 'syncing disks' mode. 

typical setup: no ccd, no fancy tricks in config files. 
FreeBSD x.y.ru 3.1-STABLE FreeBSD 3.1-STABLE #0: Tue Mar 30 10:44:21 MSD
