 Erummm... it is called named and it is part of the default
installation. Read the manpage on named and resolver. 

 If you are interested in maintaining your dns server via www ... look
at U_of_U_Tools...:

 I would also suggest the Unix System Administration Handbook vol 2
... has a nice large chapter on DNS  ( among other things )
