The Sybase OpenClient libraries are available for Linux but with some effort I could create a package to run in the /compat/linux structure, and now it's working fine (No warranties, of course. :) ). If there's enough interest I could create a package of this. This could not be a port, since it has to be compiled in a Linux machine. If there's GREAT interest, people should call Sybase support asking for a FreeBSD version, as I did (with NO answer at all).
