    I assume in that I'm asking the extremely obvious here, but are you
sure that your version of Windows 2000 supports NFS ?? the versions we
have handy here have no NFS support built-in that we can find.

    If you just want to share between UN*X and windows, Samba is
definitely an excellent solution ...
