Synopsis: Hitting ESC on the initial screen of sysinstall doesn't work

State-Changed-From-To: open-closed
State-Changed-By: jkh
State-Changed-When: Mon Jun 5 21:32:08 PDT 1995
State-Changed-Why:
This is actually not a bug.

This feature is gone now. A diagnostic shell is started on VTY4 as
soon as it's safe to start one, and ESC was a poor choice for shell
execution. Now ESC is synonymous for "Cancel".

Bug in usage.hlp documentation: Fixed.
