The only exception is the printer admin, where you have to change this:

Exec=openoffice.org-2.0-printeradmin

to this:

Exec=openoffice.org-2.0.0-spadmin

Also, it's not just the KDE menu integration that's borked in 
OpenOffice.org 2.0. The printer configuration file gets installed with 
permissions 444, which means that the printer admin can't edit it ;). If 
you want to fix the permissions, you can find the file here:

/usr/local/openoffice.org2.0.0/share/psprint/psprint.conf
