Information on releases can be found in the release notes. For 4.3,
those are at <URL: http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.3R/notes.html >
(the page listing releases hasn't quite caught up to 4.3; it lists it,
but has the 4.2 date on it, and no 4.2 release info).

Since -current isn't meant to be run by anyone but developers,
information about it targeted for users isn't readily
available. Pretty much all the discussion relating to it - including
project information - happens on public mail lists that you're welcome
to read.

There are links for both release information and mailling lists in the
left hand navigation bar. What could be easier than that?
