https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=227744 Bug ID: 227744 Summary: www/chromium: Provide an option to switch between noto and noto-lite Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: chromium@FreeBSD.org Reporter: lantw44@gmail.com Flags: maintainer-feedback?(chromium@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: chromium@FreeBSD.org I am not sure whether this is a valid feature request ... I know noto is a very large package, and it is not good to have a large package (chromium) to depend on an even larger one (noto). However, for people who need CJK fonts, they now have duplicate files on disks because both noto (manually installed) and noto-lite (pulled in by chromium) are installed. Do you think it is a good idea to provide an option to switch between these two packages? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
