Please try that driver and report back. You should probably be able to just apply the paches from http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/pci/brooktree848.c.diff?r1=1.16&r2=1.17 and http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/pci/brktree_reg.h.diff?r1=1.8&r2=1.9 but I've not tried to merge this to 2.2 yet. There might be some problems with PAL VHF cable channel selector values; there seems to be a lot of channels that are slightly off for me, at least. I'm going to look at that, but it isn't high priority for me right now. Eivind.
