i finally got the coldfusion server running under FreeBSD-current

if you want to know how it did it, here it is:

I HAVE NO IDEA.

i'm gonna mess with it until i figure out how i got it working, but until then
i'll be happy to answer questions.

II: the apache module still doesn't work, but i'm working on that.
