Actually no, this diff doesn't look correct.  It contains only 3 files:

 .gitignore |   5 +++
 count      |  43 ++++++++++++++++++++
 pkg-plist  | 113 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++---

You should clone FreeBSD ports repository [1], then add the new port there,
commit it and create a diff using `git-format-patch`.  The diff should cont=
ain
security/xsser directory with all ports files inside it (Makefile, pkg-plis=
t,
pkg-descr, ditinfo, files/)
