I followed the instructions in the handbook as well as I could. When I type "dial", I get a message like "tun0: OpenModem failed: /dev/cuaa0 no such file or directory" The directory exists, so it must be looking for a file. Which file? BTW, do I need to build ppp into the kernel? I have an external ISDN modem and a 128k connection if that makes any difference. Also are there any instructions written for the average home machine without any incoming telnet, ftp, blah..., firewalls, To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
