After unexpected PPP session termination due to, for example, temporary network failure, ppp can't reestablish connection. Reason: ppp in dedicated mode always keeps device open. So after session termination ppp does not reopens tcp connection with peer, and continues to use the old one, which no more valid. >How-To-Repeat: 1.
