I am having slightly different problem with em driver since 12.0. VirtualBox VMs with bridged networking have terrible network performance. I am now at 12.2-RELEASE-p3 amd64. Installing net/intel-em-kmod and loading it instead of solves the problem. Any chance to have this fixed at least in upcoming 13.0-RELEASE?
