I haven't used gnucash before and tried to build from ports, from ports files cvsupped last night. The build failed with a problem in the dependency "swig" as follows: gmake[5]: Entering directory `/usr/local/ports/deskutils/gnucash/work/gnucash-1.3.4/src/swig/perl5' /usr/local/bin/swig -stat -perl5 -I.. -I../../../src/engine -o gnucash-engine-perl5_wrap.c gnucash.engine.i swig error : Unrecognized option -stat Use 'swig -help' for available options. gmake[5]: *** [gnucash-engine-perl5_wrap.c] Error 1 gmake[5]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/ports/deskutils/gnucash/work/gnucash-1.3.4/src/swig/perl5' gmake[4]: *** [perl5] Error 2 Additionally, I see the port uses gnucash-1.3.4 which is now marked unstable and that they've recently released gnucash-1.4.0.
