Is it permissable to use a date as a version in a package name? Specifically, the character entity sets defined in the ISO8879:1986 standard currently have the package name iso8879-1.0. Would iso8879-1986 be okay? It is certainly more meaningful than the arbitrary 1.0 version. -john
