>Description:

	Yesterday I cvsuped my ports tree, and remake my gnome-icu to find out
	what's new. But unfortunately, the net/gnome-icu/patches/patch-ae
	broken my zh_TW.Big5 language (Traditional Chinese).

	Messages sent to me by other icq (mirabilis, micq, licq, gtkicq) are
	transformed into weird chaos characters. Only the iso-8859-1 characters
	looks fine.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Go into /usr/ports/net/gnome-icu and make install.
	Then run gnomeicu under LANG=zh_TW.Big5.
	(Of course, with proper font installed.)
	When your friends send you messages in zh_TW.Big5 characters,
	it becomes weird codes.

>Fix:

	May maintainer fix the patch like that ?

	#ifdef RUSSIAN
		... blah blah blah ...
	#endif
