This is about the 6th computer i've installed 4.x on and have never come =
across this error.

After making newfs on ad2s1a,b,c,d,e, the install program starts =
extracting bin into the / directory. Almost immediately, I get a write =
error window followed by a "/: filesystem full" on the console. Swithing =
over to a console, df shows md0 mounted on /, and my newly created =
partitions mounted on /mnt, /mnt/usr, /mnt/var, ect. After install =
failing 3 times, I then made seperate partitions for each filesystem, =
ad2s1a, ad2s2a, ad2s3a, ect and install completed without a problem. =
Any ideas to why the different partitioning would make a difference?

Hardware is a HP "Pavillion" with Intel 82801AB ULTRA ATA IDE =
controller, onto a samsung "Trigen" HDD.

-Eric
