actually, the fwd command is used for forward routing traffic... sorta like: ipfw add ### fwd 10.0.0.1 all from 10.0.1.0/24 to any it will forward traffic to 10.0.0.1 (another router perhaps) when the traffic comes from 10.0.1.0/24. What you are probably trying to due actually uses the tee or divert command. You can also do it with natd.
